Martijn van de Hel and Adriaan Craita assisted ADG in obtaining approval from the ACM for the sale of New Timing Holding to Proman Dutch Holding.
Proman Dutch Holding, as part of the Proman Group, is active in the HR market of temporary employment. New Timing Holding, as former part of ADG services group, is also active on the market for recruitment, selection and (re)placement of personnel.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 15 June 2022. The ACM approved the acquisition 1 July 2022.
