Martijn van de Hel succesfully assisted Business Lease Nederland and Terberg Leasing in gaining approval for the establishment of the joint venture TBL Group. Both Business Lease Nederland and Terberg Leasing are family businesses with a strong background in leasing. Together with a shared vision on the development of the lease market the merger provides for a powerful player on the market, with all its economies of scale.
