Martijn van de Hel is assisting an importer of batteries for forklift trucks in the administrative procedure of the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM). ACM has fined a trade association and some of its members for prixe-fixing agreements. Maverick Advocaten has lodged an administrative appeal against the decision for one of the undertakings fined.
