Maverick Advocaten (Martijn van de Hel) and Banning N.V. (Silvia Vinken) are assisting 55 real-estate traders involved in foreclosure auctions in the appeal procedures at the court of Rotterdam and the Dutch Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal. They appeal against the fines of the Authority Consumers and Markets (ACM) for alleged collusion in foreclosure auctions. The court sessions start on November 2 at the court of Rotterdam.
