Cyriel Ruers and Adriaan Craita are currently assisting Glaspoort with obtaining ACM approval for the acquisition of approximately 200,000 fibreoptic connections from DELTA Fiber.
Glaspoort is active in developing, realizing and operating fiberglass networks in medium dense areas and business parks. DELTA Fiber is a telecom provider that operates fibreoptic networks and coaxial networks throughout the Netherlands.
The intention to enter into the transaction was notified to the ACM on 28 May 2024. The ACM has in principle four weeks to assess the transaction. The transaction was also widely covered in the media. See here and here.
