Diederik Schrijvershof was instructed by GroentenFruit Huis (Vegetable Fruit House), Dutch Produce Association and Nationaal Coöperatieve Raad (National Cooperative Counsel) to draft a report on the application of competition law on cooperative associations. The report was drafted in close cooperation with Prof. dr. Bernd van der Meulen.
Diederik addressed this topic during the NRC symposium “The Cooperative and Competition” held in January.
