An (imminent) recall puts food companies under a lot of pressure and forces them to make difficult choices. Do you always have to recall a potentially unsafe product? What if the NVWA intervenes? What are your rights and obligations? In the training course, Cyriel and Judith use food law and administrative law to explain your legal position and how to act effectively in a time of crisis. Using concrete practical examples and current case law, Cyriel and Judith show what works and what does not.
