Laura has been working as a legal assistant at Maverick Advocaten since February 2026. Laura obtained her bachelor's degree in Law from Radboud University in Nijmegen. She then completed her master's degree in Health Law at the University of Amsterdam. Her master's thesis on the re-issuing of unused medicines was awarded a 9. In addition to her master's degree, Laura took additional courses in various related fields of law, further broadening her legal knowledge.
During her studies, Laura gained practical experience at a law firm and various legal aid centres. She also worked at the Immigration and Naturalisation Service, part of the Ministry of Justice and Security, where she gained experience in the practical application of laws and regulations.
Laura has also been active in high-level ballroom dancing for many years, a sport in which precision and cooperation are key. These qualities she also brings to her work at Maverick Advocaten.
