Emma joined Maverick Lawyers as a paralegal in February 2025. She obtained her bachelor's degree in European Law School from Radboud University in 2024. During her studies, she did an internship in Brussels and worked on a project with a university in Madrid. In September 2025, she will start the master's in International and European Law at the same university. Her main interest within EU law is in state aid and mergers.
