Alma van der Meulen has been working as a legal assistant since September 2025. Prior to this, she gained experience as a paralegal at Maverick Advocaten. She earned her bachelor's degree in Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2022, while simultaneously completing a bachelor's in International Business Administration at the Rotterdam School of Management.
In 2025, Alma completed three master's degrees: European Competition Law & Regulation, Private Law, and International Management. Her thesis in competition law, which focused on the increasing scrutiny of non-notifiable mergers, received a grade of 9. With her interdisciplinary academic background, Alma has a particular interest in the intersection of competition law and business strategy.
