Maverick Advocaten is launching the invalnvwa.nl information portal. The website offers practical tips and information for companies and executives who may be faced with a dawn raid by the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA).
The information portal is regularly updated on the basis of questions from companies and experiences of the lawyers involved. Blogs on, for instance, recalls and enforcement by the NVWA, the rules on the use of nutrition and health claims, and ten tips in the event of a raid by the COKZ (Netherlands Controlling Authority for Dairy and Eggs) can be found at invalnvwa.nl.
