Martijn van de Hel and Mats Reijman have assisted Fields Group in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of TTNL.
Fields Group is a Dutch investment firm which specialises in taking part in and further developing companies with potential in a wide range of sectors. TTNL focuses on consultancy, configuration, and management regarding IT infrastructure. TTNL provides storage systems, mainly consisting of cloud-based solutions as well as support, maintenance, and management of those systems.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on September 7 2023. The ACM approved the acquisition on September 27 2023.
