Diederik Schrijvershof and Paul Breithaupt successfully assisted Quadrum Investment Fund IV B.V. (“QIF”) in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of SealteQ Group B.V. (“SealteQ”).
Quadrum is an independent investment company consisting of four investment funds with a focus on mid-market companies. SealteQ operates in the field of protecting the service life of civil engineering, infrastructure and industrial structures and real estate objects in the residential and utility sectors. In particular, the company offers customized solutions for extending the service life of concrete and steel structures.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on February 15, 2024. The ACM approved the acquisition on March 6, 2024.
