Martijn van de Hel, and Adriaan Craita assisted Asker in obtaining Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa) and Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) approvals for the acquisition of Vegro.
Asker is a supplier of medical supplies, devices, equipment and related services in various markets in Northern and Central Europe. Vegro is active in the field of distribution of medical aids throughout the Netherlands.
On 14 December 2023, the NZa approved the acquisition. The transaction was notified to the ACM on 14 December 2023. The ACM granted its approval on 18 January 2024.
