Fleur started working at Maverick as a paralegal at the start of September 2020. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in International Business Law from Leiden University. In addition, she followed the Honours College Law programme. During her bachelor, she also studied at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. Furthermore, she completed the master of Civil Law at Leiden University. For this master, she wrote a thesis about FRAND licences for standard essential patents.
Fleur did an internship at the Finance department of a Dutch law firm in London, and at the EU Competition Law department of a law firm in Amsterdam. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in European Competition Law & Regulation at the University of Amsterdam.
