A team of Maverick Advocaten assisted ACTA*, the parent company of amongst others Kiwa, with acquiring control over CoMore B.V. The companies in the ACTA* Group provide, amongst others, testing, inspection and certification services (also known as TIC services) in a large number of sectors. CoMore mainly provides TIC services in the cattle and meat sector. The transaction has been approved by the Authority for Consumers & Markets on 30 November 2016.
