Martijn van de Hel has assisted Waterland in relation to the acquisition of sole control over P4People. Waterland is an independent private equity investment group. P4People is a payrolling undertaking focussing on outsourcing, posting, recruiting, selecting and payrolling of staff. P4People already formed part of the portfolio of Waterland. The transaction has been cleared by the Authority for Consumers & Markets on 16 August.
Earlier this year Martijn van de Hel and Mattijs Bosch already assisted P4People with regard to its acquisition of Temployment Participaties. Temployment Participaties offers payrolling services to flexworkers, freelancers and employers. The transaction was cleared by the Authority for Consumers & Markets on 11 July.
